Looking for a quality commercial van that can enhance your work capabilities? The new Ram Promaster is a prime choice. Built around durability and versatility, these vans are already serving business all around Westland and Canton, MI.

With the new Ram Promaster, you're not locked into a one-size-fits all situation. Instead, the Promaster offers multiple sizes that you can choose from to meet your needs best. First of all, you'll have four different wheelbase lengths to choose from.

Power and Capability

Ram equips these vans with a workhorse engine and sturdy drivetrain. Every new Promaster van comes with the popular 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine. Its 280 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque are excellent for towing and payload. In fact, the new Promaster is rated at a maximum towing capacity of 5,100 pounds and a maximum payload of 4,680 pounds. On top of it all, the Pentastar V6 is rated for 10,000-mile oil change intervals.

Unlike many competitors, Ram chose to fit the Promaster series with standard front-wheel drive. This has some multifaceted benefits, first of which is improved grip and performance in winter weather that's familiar to Livonia and Dearborn drivers. The second is a tighter turning radius for tighter maneuvering. Turn the wheel and the Promaster can pull a 36-foot turning diameter. You'll also get standard electronic stability control and antilock brakes in your Promaster.

Utilitarian Design

The new Promaster series offers design features that can make the job easier. Look inside the cabin and you'll find an available Uconnect 3 NAV system. If you need directions for your route or need to make a call on the road, this system can make the whole process easier and faster. The touchscreen system is also your display for features like the Parkview rear backup camera.

Also available are 180-degree turning front seats, which can allow you to turn around and get to work as soon as you get to the job site.

Upfit with Ease

Ram has anticipated the utility needs of various industries and put together several helpful upfit prep packages accordingly. These packages are available for a range of industries:

  • Delivery and Catering
  • HVAC
  • Electrical
  • Telecom
  • Locksmith
  • Construction
  • Plumbing

With much of the prep work already complete, you'll be ready to tailor the van to your exact utility needs.

The new Promaster series is available in a variety of configurations for different capabilities and uses. Need a large space for hauling bulky items? A Promaster Cargo Van can get the job done. Need to carry people? A Promaster Window Van can be easily converted to a large passenger vehicle. Looking to equip your van with special heavy equipment? A Chassis Cab or Cutaway Van could be the right fit.
